1. Adoption of 2024 AGM Minutes
It was noted Awards for League Projected Images and Most Improved Photographer were missing. This has been amended.
The adoption of the 2024 AGM Minutes was proposed by Ruth Vance and seconded by Hazel Fletcher.

5. Club Constitution
The updated Constitution was agreed by a unanimous vote. Proposed by Frank Andrew and seconded by Johnny MacLeod.
6. Election of office bearers
Alan Pollock noted he would stand down as chair after this year and hoped someone would offer to stand and be trained this year.

7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions for the coming year were recommended to remain at £65.00 with an extra charge for the Summer Programme to remain at £20.00.
8. Novice League
It was agreed this should be reintroduced with a minimum of 4 competitors who committed to compete in the league. It would be up to the individual photographer which league they competed in, but the Novice League would be to encourage those who had recently taken up photography. The Annual competition would remain inclusive for all club members.
9. Training events
It was agreed the programme for 2025-26 would include more training evenings and drop in events for all members.
10. Themed Competition
This will now be the 3rd Competition and the theme for 25-6 will be Reflections.
11. Replacement Projector
It was agreed we joined with the Art and the Probus Clubs in the purchase of a new projector.
12. A.O.C.B.
Frank Andrew provided a handout and introduction to the Summer Programme.
