1.    Adoption of 2025 AGM Minutes

The adoption of the 2025 AGM Minutes was proposed by Ruth Vance and seconded by Paul Mcglynn.

6.    Revised Competition Rules

Alan Pollock was thanked for the work he had put into producing the revised rules.  The addition of a separate Portrait Competition was welcomed. After further discussion and clarification it was agreed the revised rules would come into effect .

7.    Election of office bearers

Alan Pollock stood down as chair during the year and was thanked for all his work in the role.  He will now take up the new role as Immediate Past Chairman.

8.        Subscriptions

Subscriptions for the coming year were recommended to remain at £65.00 with an extra charge for the Summer Programme to remain at £20.00.

9.          Themed Competition

This will now be the 3rd Competition and the theme for 26-7 will be Minimalistic

10.    A.O.C.B.

LB suggested the AGM should be held after the annual Inter Fife Competition.  This was agreed.

LT suggested the Picture of the Month should have 1st, 2nd and 3rd places announced each month.  The Picture of the Year will remain as just between the 1st placed images.

Pictures of the Committee will be placed on the members page of the web site.

The change of title of Chair to President was discussed and will be confirmed at the next Committee meeting.
